Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling overall warehouse operations.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming stock.
- Loading and unloading materials safely.
- Maintaining and arranging stock properly in the warehouse.
- Following FIFO (First In First Out) method for inventory management.
- Preparing and maintaining Delivery Challans (DC).
- Packing and dispatching materials as per requirements.
- Monitoring stock movement and conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensuring accurate inward and outward entries.
- Maintaining inventory records and updating stock reports.
- Coordinating with transport and logistics teams for dispatch activities.
- Ensuring proper labeling and storage of goods.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Assisting in physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensuring timely delivery and availability of materials.
- Handling documentation related to warehouse and dispatch operations.
