- Handle day-to-day patient management in IPD/ICU/ER
- Take detailed patient history and do initial assessment
- Write and update treatment orders in HMS on time
- Ensure all orders are executed by nursing team
- Attend and manage emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with consultants for case updates and decisions
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and case sheets
- Monitor patient progress and escalate critical cases
- Be present during rounds and implement instructions
- Ensure 24×7 continuity of care across shifts
- Follow medico-legal and hospital protocols strictly
- Support in procedures and basic interventions
- Communicate clearly with patient relatives when required
- Ensure discharge readiness (reports, summary, billing coordination)
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and response time on floor
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
