Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join our team and contribute to product development, clinical guidance, brand credibility and professional skincare education. The ideal candidate will provide expert dermatological insights for our skincare portfolio and support the brand's mission of delivering safe and effective skincare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dermatological expertise for the development and evaluation of skincare products.
- Review product formulations and ingredients to ensure safety, efficacy and compliance with dermatological standards.
- Assist in developing professional skincare protocols for cleanup kits, facials, serums, cleansers, sunscreens and other skincare products.
- Conduct product assessments, testing reviews and clinical evaluations.
- Support marketing and training teams with scientific and dermatological knowledge.
- Create educational content, product usage guidelines and skincare recommendations.
- Participate in product launches, professional training sessions, webinars and brand events.
- Address technical and skincare-related queries from distributors, salon professionals and customers.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends and research in dermatology and skincare.
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, marketing and sales teams to ensure product excellence.
Qualifications:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (or equivalent recognized qualification).
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in clinical dermatology and/or skincare product consultation.
- Experience with cosmetic dermatology and professional skincare products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, formulations, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in acne management, pigmentation, anti-aging, sensitive skin and sun protection.
- Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and dermatological testing procedures.
- Ability to conduct professional training and educational sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
