Job Summary
EYESERA is looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients regarding CCTV products and services. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and client queries related to CCTV products and technical issues.
- Provide telephonic, remote, and online technical support to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, and networking issues.
- Coordinate with the service and technical team for issue resolution.
- Assist clients with installation guidance and product configuration.
- Maintain records of customer complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure proper resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Support internal teams regarding technical product information.
- Ensure timely response and professional communication with customers.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
