Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst – International Voice Process to handle inbound calls from US customers. The role involves providing excellent customer service, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries and identifying opportunities for sales, upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from US customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products, services, pricing and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Work toward converting customer interactions into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries and sales in the CRM.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services and applicable process guidelines.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or BPO voice process is preferred.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong sales and objection-handling skills will be an added advantage.
Educational Eligibility
Candidates must meet any one of the following criteria:
- HSC + minimum 6 months BPO experience with all required documents.
- Bachelor's Degree: Candidates who passed out after 2021.
- HSC + 2/3-year Diploma: Candidates who passed out after 2021.
- SSC + 3-year Diploma: Candidates who passed out after 2021.
