Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Talent Acquisition to drive growth for our recruitment services vertical. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, proven sales capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver timely and quality hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, senior HR managers, and key decision-makers.
- Proactively source leads through networking, references, cold outreach, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present recruitment solutions.
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client databases.
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business development within recruitment/HR consultancy
- Strong network with HR leaders, senior HR managers, and key stakeholders
- Proven track record of generating quality leads and converting them into business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and client management
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vile Parle, Mumbai, Maharashtra
