Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert leads generated through performance marketing campaigns. The role involves understanding B2B (Schools, Institutions, Corporate, etc) & B2C - Individual customers requirements, guiding them on relevant GSL courses, bootcamps, etc, and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound leads generated via performance marketing campaigns
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
· Clearly communicate course details, outcomes, and benefits to prospective customers
· Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner
· Share relevant documents, brochures, and course information with customers
· Support the end-to-end sales process, including follow-ups and payment collection
· Coordinate with internal teams and route leads to relevant stakeholders when required
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
Key Requirements
· Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate. Post Graduate preferred.
· 3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Call Centre (preferably in EdTech)
· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong ability to understand customer requirements and counsel effectively
· Experience handling leads across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email)
· Comfortable with sales targets and conversion metrics
· Good organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Profile
· Prior experience in selling or counseling for EdTech / training programs
· Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
· Customer-centric mindset with strong persuasion skills
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
