Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling to students seeking higher education opportunities in countries such as Germany, France, the UK, and other European destinations
- Assess student profiles (academic background, financial capacity, career goals) to recommend suitable universities and programs
- Guide students through the complete admissions process, including university selection, application preparation, SOP/LOR review, and submission
- Stay updated on country-specific admission requirements, visa regulations, and immigration policies for European countries
- Assist students with documentation, including academic transcripts, language test requirements (IELTS/TOEFL), and financial proofs
- Offer detailed guidance on visa application procedures, interview preparation, and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with international universities, admission officers, and partner institutions
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to promote overseas education opportunities
- Support students in scholarship applications and financial planning for international education
- Monitor application timelines and ensure timely follow-ups with universities and students
- Train and mentor junior counsellors, ensuring quality counselling standards and process adherence
- Maintain accurate student records and track progress using CRM systems
- Achieve enrolment targets while maintaining high levels of student satisfaction and ethical counselling practices
- Provide pre-departure guidance, including accommodation, travel, and cultural orientation

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
