A. Business Requirement and Process Analysis
- Engage stakeholders across Cash Management & Trade Finance to gather requirements
- Translate business flows into conversational journeys and user interaction models
- Document AS-IS / TO-BE process flows, including automation opportunities
- Define clear functional and non-functional requirements for AI agents
B. Conversational AI Journey Design
- Break down banking use cases into step-by-step conversational flows
o Intents, entities, prompts, and responses
o Decision logic and branching scenarios
- Work with AI/engineering teams to align with:
o MCP tools
o APIs (payments, trade workflows, document processing)
C. Domain Expertise – Cash and Trade
- Own requirement clarity across:
o Cash: Payments, transaction queries, statements, FX, etc.
o Trade: LC, guarantees, trade transactions, document flows
- Support new build journeys for Trade and enhancement/standardization for Cash
D. Collaboration and Delivery
- Act as interface between:
o Business (RMs, Ops, Product Owners)
o AI CoE / Agent engineering teams
o Vendors (if applicable)
o Sprint planning
o Backlog creation (user stories, acceptance criteria)
o UAT coordination
Testing and Validation
- Define test scenarios and UAT cases for conversational journeys
- Validate:
o Conversation accuracy
o Business rule adherence
o Integration outputs
- Work on defect triaging and closure
Required Skills and Experience
Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Corporate Banking
- Mandatory knowledge of Cash Management and Trade Finance within corporate banking.
Functional and Business Analysis Skills
- Requirement gathering, stakeholder management
- Experience in Agile delivery (Scrum / SAFe)
- Process modelling tools (Visio, BPMN, etc.)
Technology and AI Exposure
- Conversational AI / chatbot platforms
- Understanding of:
o APIs & integrations
o AI/LLM concepts (RAG, prompts, workflows)
- Experience in digital channels or banking platforms is preferred.
Experience and Qualifications
- 6–10+ years as Business Analyst
- Banking domain experience, preferably within Corporate Banking
- Experience in digital / transformation / AI projects is a plus
