We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Office Admin & HR Executive to join our team. The role involves handling daily office administration, supporting HR activities, coordinating with employees, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Handle recruitment activities including calling candidates and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and training of new employees
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations
- Handle office communication, emails, and basic documentation work
- Assist in leave management and basic payroll coordination
- Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure proper follow-ups and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain office discipline and professional environment
