Job Summary
Duracom Industries is looking for an energetic fresher to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. The candidate will be based in Kolkata and travel on planned sales tours across West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Assam. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys travelling, meeting new people and wants to build a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required. Product and sales training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit distributors, dealers, businesses and prospective customers according to the planned tour schedule.
- Introduce Duracom products and explain their applications and benefits.
- Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities in assigned markets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Support distributors and dealers with product enquiries.
- Collect market information and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the Kolkata office regarding enquiries, quotations and orders. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fresher looking to begin a career in field sales.
- Must be based in or willing to work from Kolkata.
- Comfortable travelling frequently across multiple states.
- Willing to remain outside Kolkata for several days during planned sales tours.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic English and knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and digital reporting.
