Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships and ensure seamless coordination between customers, the sales team, and project execution teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of EV charging infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and project updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track customer requirements, follow up on project milestones, and provide regular status updates.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, project documentation, and CRM data.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, project progress, and service performance.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the EV, renewable energy, infrastructure, or engineering sector will be an added advantage.
