Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Executive to assist users of Tally software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and Tally functionalities, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibility:
- effective support to customers using Tally software.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of Tally
- Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team and follow up on resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Tally features and industry best practices.
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Computer Knowledge must needed
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or accounting software. (Freshers are also welcome), Training will be provided by the company.
- Proficiency in Tally Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.

Pay: ₹10,078.41 - ₹20,000.00 per month
