Job Summary
BMS Overseas is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Tourist & Visitor Visa Counsellor to assist clients with tourist, visitor, family visit, and business visitor visa applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of visa requirements, documentation procedures, and immigration policies for major destinations including Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, Europe, and Schengen countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding tourist, visitor, family visit, and business visitor visa options.
- Assess client profiles and determine visa eligibility.
- Explain visa requirements, application procedures, processing times, and documentation requirements.
- Guide clients in preparing complete and accurate visa application files.
- Review client documents to ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with the documentation and filing team to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide application status updates.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve visa-related concerns.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and embassy guidelines.
- Achieve counseling and conversion targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tourist and visitor visa counseling.
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client-handling and counseling abilities.
- Knowledge of visitor visa processes for Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, Europe, and Schengen countries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email communication, and online application systems.
