Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our hiring needs for blue-collar roles. You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and walk-ins
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews for blue-collar positions
- Maintain candidate databases and tracking sheets
- Support onboarding processes and documentation
- Coordinate with operations teams for daily hiring requirements
- Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and joining formalities
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Comfortable interacting with blue-collar workforce
