Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented recruitment professional to join our team in the NON-IT domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering/manufacturing sector hiring and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Handle end-to-end recruitment for NON-IT roles.
- · Perform sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- · Screen and evaluate resumes and conduct telephonic pre-screening to assess candidate suitability.
- · Engage in cold calling and active candidate headhunting.
- · Conduct salary negotiations and ensure successful closures.
- · Maintain and update daily/weekly MIS reports and trackers.
- · Handle client coordination for requirements, feedback, interviews, and offer management.
- · Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to align with hiring plans and fulfill client mandates.
- · Take ownership of account management and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Key Skills Required:
- · Strong knowledge of NON-IT recruitment practices.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- · Proficient in Excel, MIS maintenance, and reporting.
- · Comfortable with cold calling and active sourcing strategies.
- · Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- · Proven ability to manage client relationships and recruitment accounts.
