We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Visa Counselor to join our growing visa consultancy firm in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Calling, excellent counseling skills, and the ability to guide clients through the complete application journey while maintaining high service standards.
- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, business, work, visitor, dependent, and immigration visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable visa pathways.
- Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and application procedures.
- Handle end-to-end visa processing and coordinate with documentation and operations teams.
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with embassy and immigration requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain CRM records and update client application status regularly.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing professional and transparent guidance.
- Stay updated with changing immigration policies, visa regulations, and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with universities, overseas employers, travel partners, and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Assist junior counselors by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹14,821.17 - ₹44,215.58 per month
