Job Description
● Develop content ideas for all social media handles (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube) as a manager of our Marketing team.
● Responsible for ideation and ensuring the delivery of creative content such as videos, reels, posters, weekly content strategies, etc.
● Working hand-in-hand with the marketing team to apply consistent brand visuals and content strategy across all marketing materials.
● Create text and hashtags for all posts on social media and search for which hashtags and content are adding more value.
● Manage the marketing team
● Conceptualizing and executing content and visual strategy in both graphic design and layout
● Responsible for increasing followers and engagement. and sharing monthly and weekly reports for the same.
● Maintaining brand integrity across all design initiatives
● Manage an end-to-end influencer marketing campaign
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
● Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Social Media Manager
● Have hands-on experience with video editing
● Ability to handle tight deadlines
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Strong communication skills
● Ability to work independently
● Confident and reliable individual
● A keen eye for details.
