WHO SHOULD APPLY You are the right fit if you have:
A genuine passion for programming, computers, and emerging technologies including AI and Copilot technologies. Working knowledge of any programming language such as C#, Java, C, or C++.
Familiarity with HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript for front-end development. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid passport and willingness to travel onsite as and when required.
Eagerness and commitment to learn Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
Awareness of or interest in Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform AI features. A GitHub profile, personal projects, or portfolio that demonstrates initiative and hands-on work (open source contributions are a plus).
A team-player mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. A problem-solving attitude with a proactive and self-driven approach.
The ability to understand and gradually take ownership of enterprise-level solutions and business needs.
GOOD TO HAVE C# knowledge (added advantage). AI certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent (added advantage).
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools beyond core apps. Exposure to any CRM or ERP platform.
