Ardor Structural Systems is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and manage structural steel, PEB and related construction projects from project handover through successful completion.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Structural Steel, PEB, Steel Fabrication, Erection, Industrial Buildings or Construction Projects, with the ability to manage project planning, execution, contractors, site teams, client coordination, timelines, quality, safety and project profitability.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to approved drawings/specifications and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the successful execution and completion of assigned projects.
- Review project requirements, scope, drawings, BOQ, specifications, contracts and commercial commitments before project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Design & Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Finance, HSE, QC and Business Development teams.
- Plan and monitor fabrication, material availability, transportation, site mobilisation and erection activities.
- Manage Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site/project reviews and identify delays, risks and bottlenecks.
- Ensure project activities are progressing according to approved schedules.
- Monitor project manpower, equipment, materials and contractor performance.
- Ensure that drawings, revisions, technical information and approvals are available to the execution team.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns or commercial risks.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure critical materials are available as per project requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor and contractor performance, productivity and commitments.
- Ensure proper coordination between fabrication and site erection activities.
- Handle client meetings, project progress discussions and technical/commercial coordination.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards and project specifications in coordination with the QC team.
- Ensure strict implementation of HSE requirements in coordination with the HSE team.
- Review project progress against planned milestones and take corrective action where required.
- Manage project-related issues, variations, delays and client escalations.
- Support billing, measurement, certification and collection coordination where required.
- Ensure proper project documentation and handover at project completion.
- Conduct project completion reviews and identify lessons for future projects.
- Provide regular project status reports to management.

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in:

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
