Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and talented Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in .NET (C#), Java, or Python, along with an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications while contributing to innovative AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Assist in developing, integrating, and deploying AI/ML models into software applications.
- Work with AI APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI solutions where applicable.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in at least one of the following:
- .NET / C#
- Java
- Python
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries or frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face is a plus.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong programming fundamentals, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI cloud services.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI model integration is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of software development experience (Freshers with strong technical skills and AI/ML knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Strong programming fundamentals, data structures, and problem-solving skills.
