Dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with a proven track record of managing brand presence during a 6-month intensive internship. Specialized in creating high-engagement short-form video content, managing community interactions, and using data analytics to drive organic growth.
Must-Have Requirements (The Essentials)
- Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms and best practices.
- Content Creation: Hands-on experience using Canva for graphic design and CapCut/InShot for mobile video editing.
- Copywriting: Ability to write engaging, platform-specific captions that align with brand voice and drive CTA (Call to Action).
- Analytics: Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite Insights and TikTok Analytics to track reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Time Management: Proven ability to maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage a content calendar.
- Adaptability: Ability to "trend-spot" and pivot content strategy within 24–48 hours to stay relevant.
Preferred Qualifications (The "Bonus" Skills)
- Technical Tools: Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
- Paid Media: Exposure to Meta Ads Manager or boosting posts to reach targeted audiences.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of social media SEO (keywords in bios, alt-text, and captions).
- Influencer Relations: Previous experience reaching out to or coordinating with micro-influencers for collaborations.
- Professional Portfolio: A curated collection of successful campaigns, designs, or viral posts created during the internship.
