Job Description
We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Sr. Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The candidate should have strong communication skills, content planning abilities, and hands-on experience in executing successful social media campaigns.
- Handle and manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content execution.
- Write creative captions, reels concepts, scripts, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for brand promotions.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Good understanding of content marketing and branding.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics tools.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Prior agency or corporate experience preferred.
- Creative and proactive personality.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
