Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Pune. The Career Counselor from Education & Training industry with 2 yrs of experience will be responsible for advising students on educational and career opportunities abroad, assessing their profiles to recommend suitable study destinations and institutions, and assisting with the application process. Responsibilities will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career development guidance, and ensuring students are well-prepared for their educational journey.
- Proficiency in Career Counselling for study abroad destinations like EUROPE/ UK / AUSTRALIA / NZ
- Experience in Student Counselling and mentoring.
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and tailored advice delivery
- Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Candidate should have a bachelor's degree; experience in education consultancy is an advantage
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have knowledge of study visa counselling.
- Proficient in Computer skills such as - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
