1. Installation of Machinery
- Assemble and install industrial machines and equipment in the mill.
- Fit mechanical parts such as shafts, bearings, gears, and couplings.
- Align and level machines during installation.
2. Maintenance Work
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Inspect machines regularly to detect wear, damage, or misalignment.
- Lubricate moving parts and replace worn components.
3. Repair and Troubleshooting
- Diagnose mechanical problems in machines.
- Dismantle faulty equipment and repair or replace parts.
- Reassemble and test machinery after repairs.
4. Machine Alignment
- Align motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
- Use tools such as dial gauges, micrometers, and alignment tools
