Required a candidate for Procurement-Team Lead Role based on Guwahati.
Educational Qualification- Diploma / ITI / Degree (Automobile or Mechanical preferred).
Certification: Valid Driving License – 2W and 4W (mandatory)
Experience- Minimum 3 years in an automobile dealership with relevant experience.
Age- within 35 Years.
Expertise Required-
- Evaluation of multi-brand cars for purchase
- Assessment of refurbishment needs.
- Determination of purchase price for multi-brand cars
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors, dealers, and customers
- Effective communication skills to build trust and maintain transparency
- Vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Analytical ability to evaluate technical and commercial aspects
- Estimation of repair and refurbishment costs
- Sound understanding of automobile market trends and pricing
- Proficiency in documentation related to procurement and transactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and procure suitable multi-brand cars for retail and trade operations.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspection, diagnostic checks, and cost estimation for
refurbishment.
- Determine competitive purchase prices aligned with market trends
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and compliance records
- Negotiate effectively with car owners, dealers, and vendors to ensure cost-
efficient purchases
- Collaborate with the refurbishment team to ensure vehicles meet company
standards before resale
- Stay updated with market trends to support profitable procurement decisions
- Report to management on procurement performance, cost efficiency, and
- vehicle acquisition pipeline
