Job Title: Content & Engagement Executive
Qualification:
BBA / MBA (Freshers can apply)
Location:
On-site deployment at client restaurant/hotel premises
Food and accommodation will be provided by the client
Key Responsibilities:
Capture photos and videos of food, ambience, customers, and restaurant activities.
Collect customer feedback and record video testimonials.
Encourage satisfied customers to post Google Reviews.
Share daily content and updates with the digital marketing team.
Coordinate with restaurant staff and represent the brand professionally.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Basic photography and videography using a smartphone.
Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Presentable, proactive, and comfortable working from client locations.
Preferred:
Prior experience in hospitality, marketing, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.
