Job Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications.
- Perform PLC I/O mapping, testing, debugging, and machine commissioning.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, VFDs, servo drives, actuators, and pneumatic systems.
- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams during machine assembly and commissioning.
- Support machine installation, customer site commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare PLC documentation, wiring layouts, and commissioning reports.
- Ensure compliance with industrial electrical safety standards.

- Allen-Bradley
- HMI Programming (WinCC, Weintek, GOT, etc.)
- Basic SCADA knowledge
- Electrical control panel wiring
- VFD & Servo drive configuration
- Industrial sensors and control circuits
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SPM-based industrial automation projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling complete SPM project life cycles.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and industrial automation.
- AutoCAD Electrical knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for machine commissioning and customer support.
- Experience in PLC panel wiring is an added advantage.
