To ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods for domestic and export orders while maintaining complete documentation, inventory accuracy, and vehicle coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily dispatches as per production and customer schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Packing List, LR, Export Documents as applicable).
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Verify finished goods before loading.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO during dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch register and ERP entries.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate container loading for export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily dispatch MIS.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
