Role description
Role:
- Provide remote IT support for end users and VIP stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Support meeting room technologies, AV equipment, and video conferencing solutions.
- Manage Intune-managed devices, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint compliance.
- Handle IMACD activities, device refreshes, onboarding, and asset management.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, IAM, Cloud, Security, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain accurate ITSM documentation and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience in End User Services, Deskside Support, or Workplace IT.
- Strong experience with Desktop Support, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and ITSM.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting VIP users and executives.
- Exposure to Nexthink, Apple devices, Apple Business Manager, or application packaging.
- ITIL or Microsoft certifications.
