Job Overview
Fugensys Technologies is looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern frontend and backend technologies, have a strong understanding of AI-assisted development workflows, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications from concept to deployment
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Work with databases such as SQL, MongoDB, or Supabase for efficient data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
- Use version control systems like GitHub effectively for collaboration and code management
- Deploy and manage applications using modern platforms such as Vercel
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of professional experience in full stack web development
- Strong proficiency in:
- React.js (frontend development)
- Node.js (backend development)
- Hands-on experience with databases:
- SQL and/or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Supabase is a plus
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web architecture
- Experience with GitHub for version control and team collaboration
- Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel
AI & Modern Development Tools (Important)
- Strong knowledge of vibe coding practices and AI-assisted development workflows
- Hands-on experience using tools such as:
- Claude
- Google AI Studio
- Understanding of how AI tools can accelerate web development (code generation, debugging, testing, etc.)
- Ability to integrate AI tools into daily development processes
Good to Have (Added Advantage)
- Experience with additional AI-powered development tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud services and serverless architecture
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
