Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Basic Requirements for IT Jobs
- Computer Knowledge: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Internet
- Operating System: Basic Windows knowledge
- Communication: Basic English/Hindi communication
- Typing: Basic typing and data-entry skills
- Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting of computer, printer, software, and network issues
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve basic technical problems
- Experience: Freshers can apply for entry-level positions; 0–2 years experience is generally acceptable
- technical roles: Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, programming, databases, or cloud tools may be required depending on the job.
