We are looking for a skilled Sr. Technology Support / Server Support Engineer to manage and maintain server and hyper converged infrastructure environments. The role involves server administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, security implementation, backups, upgrades, and infrastructure support to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers

Monitor server performance, availability, and system health

Perform backups, patch management, upgrades, and maintenance activities

Implement server security controls and best practices

Manage storage, system connectivity, and infrastructure reliability

Provide technical support to internal teams and end users

Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting

Monitor infrastructure trends and recommend performance improvements.

Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities

Strong experience in Server Administration & Infrastructure Support

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking concepts

Experience with VMware/Hyper-V/Hyper converged Infrastructure

Hands-on troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills
-
Understanding of server security, backup, and recovery processes

Familiarity with server monitoring and management tools

Good communication and multitasking abilities
