We are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Specialist to lead and accelerate our growth across leading e-commerce marketplaces.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Specialist who can take complete ownership of marketplace revenue growth across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. This is a strategic growth role focused on performance marketing, brand visibility, and sales—not routine marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads, Brand Ads, and Display Ads.
- Develop growth strategies to improve sales, profitability, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and conversion rates.
- Optimize product listings, titles, keywords, descriptions, images, and A+ Content for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Build and manage Marketplace Brand Stores.
- Launch and manage products across new marketplace platforms.
- Plan promotional campaigns, festive sales, marketplace events, and category-specific offers.
- Analyze marketplace performance, customer behavior, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, content, inventory, logistics, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and marketplace growth plans.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in marketplace management and growth.
- Experience with FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, Wellness, Mother & Baby Care, or Consumer Product brands is mandatory.
- Proven success in growing revenue through Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Marketplace Performance Marketing and Advertising.

- Product Listing Optimization
- A+ Content
- Brand Store Management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work closely with creative teams to improve marketplace content and brand presence.
