Job Profile- Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors
✅ Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the visit
✅ Coordinate site visits and appointments for prospective clients
✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide project information
✅ Follow up with customers regarding appointments and feedback
✅ Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
✅ Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Pleasant personality and professional appearance
✔ Strong customer service orientation
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
✔ Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
✔ Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Customer Service preferred
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
