Job Summary
Job Description: Senior Robotics Architect Experience: 10+ years Location: As per business requirement Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Robotics Engineer / Robotics Architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating, and deploying advanced robotics and autonomous systems. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end robotics solution development across hardware, software, perception, control, motion planning, simulation, validation, and production deployment. Key Responsibilities • Architect, design, and develop robotics systems including autonomous mobile robots, robotic manipulators, industrial automation systems, or service robots. • Lead development of robotics software using ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, Linux, and real-time or embedded platforms. • Develop and optimize algorithms for perception, localization, mapping, SLAM, navigation, path planning, motion planning, control, and sensor fusion. • Integrate sensors and actuators such as cameras, LiDAR, IMU, force-torque sensors, encoders, motors, drives, PLCs, and robotic controllers. • Drive system-level integration across mechanical, electrical, embedded, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, QA, and product teams. • Design and execute simulation, prototyping, hardware-in-loop testing, validation, performance benchmarking, and field deployment activities. • Troubleshoot complex robotics issues across software, hardware, electronics, networking, and mechanical subsystems. • Define technical architecture, design documentation, interface specifications, safety requirements, and deployment guidelines. • Mentor junior engineers, review designs and code, and provide technical leadership across robotics projects. • Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, quality, and regulatory standards applicable to robotics and automation systems. Required Technical Skills • Strong expertise in robotics fundamentals, kinematics, dynamics, control systems, trajectory generation, and autonomous navigation. • Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, Gazebo, RViz, MoveIt, Isaac Sim, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar robotics simulation and development tools. • Advanced programming skills in C++, Python, and Linux-based development environments. • Experience with perception systems, computer vision, sensor fusion, SLAM, localization, mapping, and path planning algorithms. • Knowledge of embedded systems, real-time systems, microcontrollers, motor control, CAN, Ethernet, serial communication, and robotic middleware. • Experience in AI/ML integration for robotics, including object detection, scene understanding, reinforcement learning, or edge AI deployment. • Understanding of CI/CD, version control, automated testing, telemetry, logging, and monitoring for robotics software platforms. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related discipline. • 10+ years of professional experience in robotics, autonomous systems, industrial automation, embedded systems, or related engineering domains. • Proven experience taking robotics solutions from concept and prototype to testing, deployment, and production support. • Stron
