We are looking for experienced Business Development / Customer Success professionals from the IT Staffing industry who can drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and contribute to business growth.
- Drive client acquisition and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Convert leads into active clients and generate requirements
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting and closure
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Handle account management and revenue growth
- 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing (BDM/CSM role)
- Strong experience in client acquisition and account management
- Proven track record in IT staffing sales (Contract/Permanent)
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing client relationships
- Experience handling enterprise clients
