Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with event management companies, event planners, corporate clients, agencies, and procurement teams.
- Conduct end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Attend client meetings to understand gifting and branding requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations based on client requirements.
- Convert new clients into long-term business partners.
- Manage and update customer interactions using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client orders.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, corporate gifting products, and event requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Event Sales.
- Experience in the Event Industry is mandatory.
- Strong network and contacts with event agencies, event planners, exhibition companies, MICE agencies, and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and close sales.
- Target-oriented with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
