About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Senior HR Executive to strengthen our HR function across employee engagement, learning and development, employee experience, recruitment, and employee relations.
The role will involve working closely with employees and managers to support a positive workplace environment while ensuring effective implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate learning and development programs, training, and skill-building activities.
- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Support employee relations and address workplace concerns in coordination with management.
- Assist with industrial relations activities, employee communication, and related documentation.
- Support performance management and other employee development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Analyse employee feedback and support initiatives to improve workplace experience.
- Work closely with managers and teams to implement HR policies and processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Practical experience in L&D, employee engagement, employee experience, and recruitment.
- Basic to moderate exposure to industrial relations and employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems/tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
