Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Recruiter to support our recruitment operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and update records regularly
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining status
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and clients for hiring updates
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, indeed (preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
