We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for Education Infrastructure Loans. The role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions for infrastructure-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities.
- Promote and sell infrastructure loans
- Understand customer requirements / channel Partners
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners , key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Coordinate with internal teams

- Knowledge of public/private education infrastructure funding models
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the education sector.
