We are looking for a passionate and confident Sales Executive who can connect with patients, build trust, and convert leads into long-term healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with Instagram/Facebook leads
Explain our healthcare programs and consultation services clearly
Book doctor consultations and guide patients through onboarding
Convert qualified leads into paid programs
Maintain lead data and updates in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with doctors and internal team for patient flow
Build strong patient relationships through follow-up communication
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
1–2 years experience in sales/telecalling/customer relations
Healthcare or wellness industry background preferred
Excellent Malayalam communication skills
Good English communication skills
Confident phone communication and patient handling ability
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Positive attitude and professional behavior
