Experienced in PLC programming, industrial automation, and electrical panel wiring for Special Purpose Machines (SPM). Skilled in developing, testing, and troubleshooting automation systems to ensure efficient machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using platforms like Mitsubishi Electric
- Design and implement automation logic for SPM and industrial machines
- Perform electrical panel wiring, control panel assembly, and layout understanding
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings
- Integrate PLC with HMI, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and servo systems
- Conduct machine testing, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting
- Ensure safety standards and proper documentation of control systems
- Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth project execution
Skills Required:
- PLC Programming (Ladder Logic, Function Block)
- HMI Development (WinCC, FactoryTalk, etc.)
- Panel Wiring & Control Panel Assembly
- Knowledge of Sensors, Relays, Contactors, VFDs
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- AutoCAD Electrical (optional but preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years in PLC Programming / Automation / Panel Wiring
- Experience in SPM or industrial automation is preferred
