Role Overview
You will be responsible for complete store operations, sales performance, and team management.
This is not a passive role.
You are expected to drive sales, manage people, and ensure the store runs smoothly every single day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maximize walk-in conversions
- Drive upselling (premium & customized umbrellas)
2. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning
- Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
- Manage billing, cash handling, and reporting
3. Team Management
- Supervise and guide front office sales staff
- Train team on product knowledge and selling skills
- Monitor staff performance and discipline
4. Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer gets a premium experience
- Handle escalations and complaints professionally
- Build repeat customer relationships
5. Inventory & Coordination
- Track stock levels and avoid shortages
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
6. Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain daily sales reports
- Track targets vs performance
- Share insights with management
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in retail/store management
- Strong sales mindset (must be target-driven)
- Leadership skills (can manage and push a team)
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Tally / Excel / billing systems)
- Presentable and confident personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹44,552.68 per month
