Job description:
Designation: Trainee Guest Service Provider ( CINEMAS INDUSTRY)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction & Service
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with ticketing, seating, and general inquiries
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when required
2. Ticketing & Entry Management
Verify tickets at entry points and guide guests to their respective screens
Assist in managing crowd flow during peak hours
Ensure smooth entry and exit of guests
3. Theatre Operations Support
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in lobby, auditoriums, and common areas
Support in turnaround activities between shows (cleaning, seat checks, etc.)
Ensure all areas are presentable before guest entry
4. Food & Beverage Assistance
Support F&B counters during rush hours if required
Guide guests on menu options and combo offers
Ensure proper handling and service of food items
5. Safety & Compliance
Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Assist in evacuation procedures when necessary
Ensure adherence to company policies and standards
6. Team Coordination
Work closely with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
Communicate effectively regarding guest issues or operational challenges
7. Upselling & Promotions
Inform guests about ongoing offers, memberships, and promotions
Encourage upselling of tickets, snacks, and premium experiences
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Basic problem-solving ability
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Qualification:
Minimum: 10th / 12th
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
