Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Resource should have combination of TM domain knowledge, RICEF complexity (two High enhancements), and ECC coexistence context makes it a specialist role.
priority 1a:
SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (Basic TM / TM Lite) — Freight Orders, Freight Units, Freight Settlement Documents, configurable allocation
priority 1b:
RICEFW functional design experience — proven ability to author detailed functional specs for Interfaces with BY, Enhancements, and Conversions at Medium-High complexity
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Ability to design and configure complex application workflows to support business operations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to transportation management software.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application customization and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
