Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer
Department: Production / Operations
Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai (1 opening per location)

Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
Promote and sell cutting tools such as carbide inserts, end mills, drills, taps, reamers,
tool holders, etc.
Visit manufacturing units, machine shops, OEMs, and industrial customers.
Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer
applications.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
0.6 – 2 years of experience in cutting tools / industrial tooling sales.
Strong knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, CNC operations).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
