Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and streamline our procurement, logistics, and inventory operations for our ongoing projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Purchasing: Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, factory shed materials, electrical, and PEB materials.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transporters. Negotiate rates and ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, monitor inventory levels at site and warehouse, and avoid shortage/excess.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate with transporters for material dispatch from Siliguri to project sites (including Bhutan project), track shipments and ensure documentation.
- Documentation: Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), GRN, Bills, Challans, and maintain proper records in Excel / ERP.
- Cost Control: Work on cost-saving measures and ensure budget compliance for material purchases.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Project Team, Accounts, and Site Engineers for material requirements and delivery schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline / BBA / MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred.
- 4-5 Years of proven experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics, preferably in Construction / Infrastructure / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and documentation.Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle site and vendor pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
