Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and managing affinity business partnerships, driving insurance sales through corporate and business tie-ups, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new affinity business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, dealers, associations, and business partners.
- Drive insurance sales through affinity channels.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for smooth business operations.
- Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
- Monitor business performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in insurance sales, affinity business, or corporate partnerships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
