Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
Strong coding expertise in at least one of the following: Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
Active GitHub profile with strong contributions/projects (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Problem Solving.
Experience in feature development, code optimization, debugging, and code refactoring.
Proven experience building scalable and high-performance applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.
